CBRNE Jobs Group Announcment May, 16, 2011


As you may recall I recently mentioned that I would like to send out bi-weekly group announcements to assist group members in their career searches.  I was contacted by several group members who are currently seeking employment opportunities. The feedback was so overwhelmingly positive that I was unfortunately unable to fit all of the candidates’ complete replies within the 4,000 word limits of the LInkedIn Group Announcements.  My resolution is to send out a summarized list of candidates and post the complete profiles on my wordpress.com blog.  Please take a moment to visit the following link to view the complete profiles.

Bill Wittman here fromTucsonAZ.I was part of the Earth Tech group back at ABCDF who handled the utilities, Hydrolysate truck transfers, Level A work in the PNB and TCC, as well as any other assignment that would come up. After that project was completed Earth Tech (AECOM) brought me out here toTucsonAZto up-grade and optimize a 25 year old Air Force Superfund site in southTucson. As in the case with ABCDF being so close to the community ofAberdeenand Belair, this Superfund directly effected thousand of lives and hundreds of families because of the trichloroethylene contamination associated in the drinking water. I was brought here as Operations Manager and the point of contact for AECOM and the Air Force. I have tons of info or you can google “AFP44 Superfund site”.

As my cover letter mentions I handled the day to day operations as well as representing the client in a variety of functions including land lease agreements where the extraction and injection wells were located as well as the easements where the pipelines were placed to carry the influent and effluent to and from the remediation plant. It was gratifying  to be apart of this project and to have designed, install, and started up the next generation remedial system that will carry on the clean up for the next 75 years.Tucsonhas been grossly affected by the down turn in the economy and work here is nil. I will relocate or TDY to where ever my skills are needed and at level of involvement. Thank you for your help.

  2. Good post. I study something tougher on totally different blogs everyday. It should all the time be stimulating to learn content from other writers and follow a bit one thing from their store.
